Lorenzo combines the classical mastery of figurative sculpture with perfect geometry and form. His artwork is a fusion of past and future expressing the highest ideals of human emotion: Love, Hope, Trust, Balance, Equality, Harmony. His energy and rigorous attention to detail gives an aura to his work and each piece feels alive and interactive. His expression of the human form in dynamic movement or structural tension is mesmerising and inspiring. Lorenzo draws our attention to the delicate balance of life on earth and the balance between masculine and feminine principles. When this balance is achieved we can transcend and become greater than just the sum of our parts. He expresses the potential, the power and the vulnerability of being human, and his personal passion and enduring optimism vibrates in each of his creations.
Each piece is hand carved or constructed then 3D scanned. Then using cutting-edge techniques Lorenzo is able to reproduce any work at any size and in many materials, from traditional marble or bronze to state-of-the-art composite resins or wire-meshing.
The 3D scanning also means each piece can be rendered digitally in the 3D Metaverse. Owners of Lorenzo's artwork can have a version in the real world and a version in the Metaverse as an NFT.
